Wild Dreamer Presets is not liable for any presets that get lost/deleted from your Lightroom. Any presets that get lost/deleted from Lightroom will also not be restored, refunded, or exchanged.
Always be sure to triple check that your presets are backed up to Lightroom, so you do not lose your presets or photos. We of course can always re-send downloads to the email you purchased from!

Please do NOT share/send our presets to others who did not purchase them. If you’re caught doing so, you will no longer be able to purchase from Wild Dreamer Presets. Please kindly redirect them to our website to purchase the presets for themselves.
